Small-batch roastery

Coffee roasted with patience, poured with purpose.

Ember & Oak sources rare single-origin beans and roasts them in tiny batches, so every cup carries the story of where it came from.

What sets us apart

Roasted right, delivered fresh

Three commitments shape every bag we roast and every cup we serve.

Single-origin sourcing

We buy directly from smallholder farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, paying above fair-trade rates for lots we taste and select ourselves.

Small-batch roasting

Every batch is under 12kg, roasted on a vintage drum roaster and logged by hand so each profile is tuned to the bean, not a factory default.

Local delivery

Bags leave the roastery within 48 hours of roasting and reach every address in the city by bike courier, still smelling like the roaster.
